Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship nationwide via NZ Post. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. Rural delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7-14 business days.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
